Refund policy
LOUD & DIRTY — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the error was ours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
We do not guarantee availability of replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items (if marked)
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive or abusive return behavior.
Refunds
- Approved returns are issued as store credit by default
- Refunds to the original payment method may be issued at our discretion
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Store credit is issued once the return is received and inspected.
If a refund to the original payment method is approved, processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above.
