Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier:

Responsibility transfers to the customer.

Loud & Dirty is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues after shipment

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery and coordinate with the carrier if needed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery or being unclaimed may be subject to:
